Department of Human Resources:
Due to the expansion in services and staff, CAFA is in the process of developing a department of Human Resources to accommodate our personnel/clients and to comply with various policies and regulations pertaining to Alberta Labor and Employment. CAFA ‘s new hiring committee will consist of 2 board members and 2 certified teachers. The Department of Human Resources will provide the following services:
• Staffing/hiring
• Job descriptions
• Job applications
• Interviewing
• Salary grid
• Evaluation
